I'm Dana Richardson and I'm a reformed d-bag narcissist. I used to be all about girls, money, career and power. I now spend as much time as possible getting sweaty, beat up and dirty in order to do whatever I can to help others.

Computer nerd at heart, my 'Clark Kent' job is in Enterprise Information Technology. Outside work I speak professionally on several topics ranging from self confidence & success, relationships, and even Disaster / Survival material. I also consult for several local and national Disaster Agencies and actively seek out new skills and experiences that have less than a 60% chance of killing me.

In my free time I DJ, play Xbox, volunteer as an EMTB or watch the most unwatchable movies Netflix has to offer. Sometimes I even sleep.
